Hiatus and Holidays (guidelines)

Another way of using these terms in LOA (Leave of Absence)
This basically means that if you can't RolePlay this week, let us know so we don't accidentally book you. We'd like it if you could give us specific dates, but estemates will work. None of any staff, on any fed, like iit when you say you couldn't RolePlay three days after the show. So this is the place to let us know you're leaving. Also we'd like to say that a one month maximum LOA time is in effect, so if you give us dates longer than that stretch of time, we could consider it a request to be released, if you give us a good reason we will grant you your leave.
